  1. AIS server monitoring is a feature available with Clarity Collector package 3.7.36.28 or above. To check your current Collector Version, click Settings in the left sidebar and select Collector. Your Collector Version is listed in the Overview table.

If you aren't running Collector Version 3.7.36.28 or above, please Uninstall the Old Collector and download and install the latest version (For internal contact the Product Support team).
  2. Click Settings in the left sidebar once again, then select Update Settings.
  3. Next, click the Change Setting button and select Synthetic Monitor from the drop-down menu.
    Move to Synehtic Monitor
  4. Add your AIS URL. It's the same URL for the REST endpoint and the fully qualified domain name:port/jderest. You can find this AIS test connection URL in Server Manager.
  5. Input the username,  password, and timeout threshold. Then, check the ais_server box. If your AIS server is configured to check for a 200 status code instead of logging in, check the no_log_in box as well. Then click + to add your server.
  6. Finally, click Monitoring in the left sidebar to find your AIS server data.
