This Clarity alert is often associated with JdeNetInvalidRequestException: com.jdedwards.system.net.JdeNetConnectFailedException: JdeSocket error:Connection refused. It's a long way of saying that the host file on the enterprise server is not set up for localhost. The issue usually occurs when the Business Function (BSFN) Server Runtime Metrics and resource values for CPU and Memory are all showing "0" inside Server Manager.
You can fix a JDE Net Invalid Request Exception by simply adding 127.0.0.1 localhost to the host file on the Enterprise Server.
While this issue doesn't directly cause JDE system downtime, it can prevent you from investigating details within Server Manager. It should be given priority to ensure you have access to the data you need to quickly resolve future issues.
