We’re proud of our JDE managed services program, and the value and expertise we’re able to bring our customers, but there are a few situations where ERP Suites might not be the best option for your JD Edwards monitoring and support needs.
Companies of all sizes reap the benefits of ERP Suites dedicated support team handling managed services. However, if you’re a very large, multinational company, with elaborate processes and/or complicated compliance procedures, our managed services program will not be adequate for your needs.
Although we can accommodate a wide variety of support requirements (up to and including plans for unlimited support hours), ERP Suites is currently focused on small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with industry-standard configurations. At present, our customers are reserving anywhere from 10 to 200 support hours per month, although most are reserving around 50 hours on average. We can remain nimble and serve our clients and their businesses because we are able to keep the process overhead to a minimum.
ERP Suites’ support model is built around an ongoing partnership approach, where our ability to support your business is inherently linked to our serving you in an advisory capacity. We pride ourselves on offering a support team that can meet your individual needs.

However, if you want to keep your advisory services internal, ERP Suites managed services might not be your best bet.
We have a team of more than a dozen dedicated MS CNCs who are staffed around the clock, meaning someone is always keeping a watchful eye on the environments, 24/7, 365 days a year. These CNCs rotate to maximize coverage, and most of the team has more than 15 years of experience each. The long history of knowledge and best practices our CNCs provide is part of the reason why so many companies do choose ERP Suites for their managed services. Our experts can advise and make the program worthwhile. They are also able to utilize each other’s industry knowledge for moments when unexpected issues may arise. Two brains are better than one, as they say, and we have over 15 we can put to work troubleshooting and problem solving when necessary.
If you’re looking for a one-person wrecking crew, though, we might not be the best option. We know some companies prefer one person to hold the keys for a task, but we’ve seen the benefits of a multi-person network of expertise and experience time and again.
