Select a time interval

The power of Clarity Analytics is in real-time data. That makes the timestamp the most important feature. To refresh your data, click the time interval button at the top of the page and select from the drop-down menu.

Analytics Overview

Clarity Analytics begins with a snapshot of user activity.
- Active Sessions — the total number of active sessions
- Active Pageviews — the total number of active pageviews
- Most Recent Activity — the last time a user was active in the system
- Average Page Load Time — the average page load time across all active web servers
- Active Web Server Performance — a list of the active web servers and their average page load times
- User Breakdown — the location(s) of all active users. Watch for yellow dots warning that a location is nearing your speed threshold. Or, red dots meaning the threshold has been met.
User/App Performance

Begin digging into the details behind overview data in the User/App Performance tab.
- Pageviews by Load Time — a breakdown of total pageviews by load time in milliseconds
- Average Page Load Time by Pageviews — a graph of the average page load time by pageviews in seconds
- Active User Performance — a list of active users and their average page load time. Click the User header to sort A to Z or Z to A. Or, click the Average Page Load Time header to sort smallest to largest or largest to smallest. Then, click the CSV or PDF button to download your data.
- Users by Location — a breakdown of total active users by location. Click on a city in the key to filter out locations in the pie chart.
- Active Application Performance — a performance review of active applications. Click in the header bar to sort data by Application, Pageviews, Sessions or Average Page Load Time. Then, click the CSV or PDF button to download your data.
Browser/OS Info

Go to the Browser/OS tab to find out which browsers and operating systems active users were running over the selected time interval.

Pageviews

Get the most complete view of user and application performance in the Pageviews tab. With the List of Pageviews table, you can sort data by Users, Session Date, Location, OS, Browser, Application or Page Load Time. Then, export the table as a CSV or PDF.
