Image Classification for Quality Control and Monitoring

By utilizing ERP Suites OAC Image Classification, customers train and supervise machine learning to categorize or label product images into different, predefined classes or categories and spot poor-quality products from entering and leaving the facility. Uploaded transactional images to be analyzed, reported classified as defective, non-defective, etc. Having an automated PowerPoint or PDF generated and sent further automates efforts and enhances productivity. Building Visualizations in OAC using the model
Once the Image Classification model is trained on a sample image set, test the model’s understanding of the existing “image” dataset with additional images never seen before.
In the pulley example below, 5000+ images were analyzed and a simple visualization created showing totals meeting the company’s standard (completed) or considered defective. By drilling further into the data, respective images are presented as well as Image Classification’s assigned confidence level.
