Wrong user ID and password

If you are having trouble logging in to Scanability, you may be entering the wrong JD Edwards username or password. Your Scanability administrator can verify your user ID, however they are not able to view user passwords. 

Administrator: Log in to the Scanability web console and select Users. Then click the Edit icon in the Users table to view User Details.
