Identifying the Clarity Specific Thresholds

Application Management Alerts 

User Activity turns red when Web Count per Instance is higher than the average percent change and Idle time per Session is higher than the average percent change or the current Open Applications Per Session is Greater than 20 Applications 

HTML Server turns red when Web Server Activity Bytes current values = 0 or if the Java heap used current Value is greater than 95% and the percent change average change > 1 

Enterprise Server turns yellow if Server Memory Used Per Instance has a percent change greater than 10 

Enterprise Server turns red when the  Sever CPU Utilized % per Instance is Greater than 90 % and the trend stays there 

System Activity turns yellow if Zombie Process Per Instance is Between 1 and 2 and the percent trend is greater than -0 then  

System Activity turns red if Sockets in Use Per Ent Server, Outstanding Request Per Ent Server, and Manual Open JDBs Trans Per Ent Server are greater than 1 and the percent change avg is greater than 1 or If Zombie Process Per Instance is greater than 2 and the trend is greater than  

System Activity turns yellow If Zombie Process Per Instance is Between 1 and 2 and the percent trend is greater than 0 

Call Object Kernel Avg Time & Error Alert  If Average Call Obj Time per Instance, Call Obj Total, Call Obj Errors Diff is greater than 0 and the percent change is greater than 50 and the trend is greater than 0 then

Call Object Kernel Users Alert turns red If Users Per Call Object Kernel is greater than 5 and the average percent change is greater than 10 and the trend is greater than 0 

Call Object Kernel Running Alert If Running Call Obj Kernels is greater than 40 and the percent change is greater than 10 and the trend is greater than 0  

 

 

Security Management Alerts

All Doors Closed turns Red when the Security Workbench Table (F00950) is either missing appropriate *PUBLIC/* ALL records are present and not properly set up

Sensitive Accounts turns Read when the JDE User is being accessed

Sensitive Applications  turns Red When Certain Sensitive Applications are being accessed (This would be one of the 24 Applications that ERP Suites deems as Sensitive)

Suspicious Login Activity turns Red if A login Happens from another IP address for a certain account

 

 

User Analytics Alerts 

A Location turns Green when the average page load time of fewer than 2.5 seconds

A Location turns Yellow when the average Page Load Time is Less and 5 seconds and more than 2.5 seconds.

A Location turns Red when the average page load time of greater than 5.0

 

 

Currently Running Alerts
Currently Running Batch Jobs

A Currently Running UBE Turns red when the UBE + Version Current Average Duration is higher than the historical Average Duration of UBE + Version.

A Currently Running UBE will Turn Yellow if the job is waiting to run in the Queue

 

Currently Running Query Alerts
Currently Running Database Queries

A Currently Running Query Turns red when it gets blocked by another currently Running Query. Otherwise, the queries will run as they are supposing to.
